Hi, everyone! I hope you had a great time at our October meeting. We had 3 guests, Anita Wilson, Nancy Sampson, and Morris White. Morris would like to partner with us and make a quilt with an agricultural theme. It would be hung at the Vance County Extension office. Sounds like fun to me. What do you think? We will most likely talk about this in the next few meetings coming up. As requested an audit of the treasurer's report was done by Kathy Solomon, her husband Bruce (acting as a third party) and Belinda Leach. Thanks to Belinda for being a wonderful treasurer, everything was spot on! Our quilt block is complete, painted, and ready to be hung. We are waiting for Wake Electric to hang it at the library. We received several completed charity quilts that will be delivered to Ronald McDonald house. Thanks again to those of you that continue to contribute your time to make these quilts.
Thank You Faith for your educational presentation on bias stems.
Everyone working very intently.
